Is Orciprenaline used for bradycardia?

 Orcibest Tablet is a bronchodilator medicine that is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Thereafter, marked sinus bradycardia and complete sinoatrial and atrioventricular block occurred associated with a pronounced decrease in action potential to amplitude of SA and AV nodal fibers. Following reoxygenation, normal AV conduction could be restored by administration of 4 × 10⁻⁶m orciprenaline.

Orcibest 10 Mg Tablet contains an active ingredient, Orciprenaline, which is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).

          Heart diseases

          This medicine should be used with caution in patients with pre-existing heart diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
