 Orcibest Tablet is a bronchodilator medicine that is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Thereafter, marked sinus bradycardia and complete sinoatrial and atrioventricular block occurred associated with a pronounced decrease in action potential to amplitude of SA and AV nodal fibers. Following reoxygenation, normal AV conduction could be restored by administration of 4 × 106m orciprenaline.

Orcibest 10 Mg Tablet contains an active ingredient, Orciprenaline, which is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). 

Asthma is a chronic disease which causes inflammation & narrowing of the air passage of the lungs (bronchi) obstructing the airflow & making breathing difficult. 

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a lung disorder in which there is trouble in emptying air out of the lungs (airflow obstruction). 

Due to this hindrance, patients experience difficulty in breathing or get tired easily because of this breathing strain. COPD is a general term used for emphysema, chronic bronchitis, or a combination of both.

            Hypokalemia

            Heart diseases

            This medicine should be used with caution in patients with pre-existing heart diseases due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
